For boat builder Bobat, we produced a completely customized dashboard from solid carbon fiber sheet material. In addition, various cover plates were milled from carbon, so that all parts fit together perfectly and have the same high-quality appearance.
All parts were CNC-milled with high precision, ensuring that all cut-outs, mounting holes, and contours were manufactured exactly according to the design.
Carbon fiber was chosen because of its combination of low weight, high rigidity, and premium appearance. These properties make the material particularly suitable for applications in the maritime sector, where durability, precision, and aesthetics go hand in hand.
After milling, all parts were carefully finished and prepared for assembly. This project demonstrates our capabilities to produce high-quality custom carbon fiber parts, both for prototypes and for small and medium-sized production runs.
