Custom carbon fiber composites
Carbon Fiber Composites
We produce custom carbon fiber composite parts , tailored to the required strength, shape and application.
Depending on the part and the functional requirements, both forged carbon fiber , carbon fiber sheet material and classic lay-up composites can be used.
For forged carbon fiber parts, the associated molds are 3D printed , which significantly accelerates the development and production process without sacrificing accuracy or reproducibility .
This approach makes it possible to efficiently produce both prototypes and small series .
On this page you will find an overview of the various composite techniques and applications.

Composite techniques
Depending on the application, mechanical requirements, geometry, and batch size, the most suitable composite technique is chosen.
We produce different types of carbon fiber composite parts, each with its own production method and properties.
For forged carbon fiber parts, molds are used that are 3D-printed. This significantly speeds up the development process and allows for the efficient and reproducible creation of complex shapes. Carbon fiber sheet material is precisely processed by milling in solid sheet material, which is ideal for flat or slightly shaped parts with tight tolerances.
The choice of technique and production method is always based on the functional requirements of the part, ensuring that strength, weight, finish, and reproducibility are optimally aligned.
Forged carbon fiber
Forged carbon fiber is a composite technique in which loose carbon fibers are pressed together with epoxy resin under high pressure in a closed mold.
This method makes it possible to realise complex shapes that are difficult or impossible to achieve with classic carbon lay-up.
The molds for forged carbon fiber are 3D printed (or CNC machined from aluminum, depending on the application and series size), which significantly speeds up the development process while maintaining high dimensional accuracy.
The optimal amount of resin is predetermined using computer simulations to achieve an optimal resin/fiber ratio . This results in strong, stiff, and reproducible parts with a characteristic forged carbon appearance.
Forged carbon fiber is particularly suitable for functional parts , housings and structural components where freedom of form and strength are central.
Carbon fiber sheet material (Sheet)
Carbon fiber sheet material consists of pre-impregnated or laminated carbon layers .
These plates are then precisely milled into the desired end component.
Milling carbon fiber sheet material allows for the production of parts with tight tolerances , flat surfaces , and consistent material thickness .
This technique is ideal for applications where dimensional stability and reproducibility are important, such as mounting plates, reinforcements, brackets and structural elements .
