Our services

From design to finished part

Brocken Dynamics specializes in customized engineering and production solutions, with a strong focus on 3D printing, CNC milling, carbon fiber composites, and 3D scanning. We support companies and developers in creating prototypes, functional parts, molds, and small series, from initial concept to finished component.

Thanks to the combination of advanced production techniques and practical engineering expertise, we can flexibly respond to a wide range of applications. Large EPS components are milled with an industrial robotic arm, while precise aluminum parts are produced on a professional CNC milling machine. For lightweight and structural applications, we manufacture carbon fiber composites, and with 3D scanning and reverse engineering, existing parts can be accurately digitized and reproduced.

By combining various technologies under one roof, we offer an efficient and well-designed workflow, tailored to the specific requirements of each project.
